1. Where We Get Our Turquoise

Our turquoise comes from all over the globe—from the USA to Mexico, China, Kazakhstan, and beyond.

Unless specified, we don’t guarantee the exact mine or country of origin for each piece.

2. Types of Turquoise We Carry

Natural Turquoise – Mined straight from the earth, with just the right amount of cutting and polishing to showcase its beauty.

Stabilized Turquoise – Authentic turquoise enhanced with a clear resin to make it even more durable, while keeping that natural charm.

Composite/Reconstituted Turquoise – Fragments of turquoise bound together with resin for a smooth, uniform look.

3. Our Commitment to Transparency

We only say something is “Native American-made” if it’s verified and crafted by a recognized Native American artisan.

We don’t use tribal names like “Navajo Turquoise” or “Hopi Turquoise” unless it’s directly tied to an artisan from that tribe.

Every description we provide is as honest and accurate as possible, reflecting the true nature of our turquoise.

By purchasing from Whiskey Babe Tx, customers acknowledge that our turquoise is sourced from multiple locations and may include both natural and stabilized varieties.

Shipping:

• Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $99.99 and over! Shipping for orders under $99 is $9.99 USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days due to high order volume.
• Orders placed after 3pm CST will be considered NEXT business day.
• FREE local pick-up is available in Springtown, TX
• Please note Whiskey Babe Tx LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us by email  within 2 business days of delivery.  Please include written details of the issue and include pictures, please keep all original packaging if damage occurred. 

Local Pick-up:

• Orders will be ready within 1-2 business days.
• Location: 100 W 2nd St., Springtown, Tx 76082 during normal business hours.
• All orders must be picked up within 7 business days or the order will be cancelled and refunded.
• If shipping is needed, the buyer is responsible for shipping charge and will be invoiced accordingly. If not paid within 24 hours the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with original tags and the original order number. 
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees; tracking and insurance are encouraged.  
• Some items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return. 
• All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
• ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, JEWELRY, BODY PRODUCTS, GIFT CARDS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
• Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.

Instructions for Returns:

• To start the return process, click “Start a Return”below or find it  in the footer menu of the website.
• After your return has been accepted you can mail back the item(s).  If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.
• Once your return is delivered it will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email to confirm the return has been completed.
