HOW TO CLEAN YOUR JEWELRY

If your jewelry happens to get dirty on your adventures, or dull from skin oils — no worries! Here is what we recommend:

1. Add a tiny squeeze of dish soap to 1 cup of water and stir.
2. Soak your jewelry for 2-3 minutes then gently massage with your fingers (or a delicate cloth) to remove any stubborn dirt or skin oils.
3. Rinse your jewelry in fresh water to wash off the excess soapy water.
4. Gently pat your jewelry dry.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $99.99 and over! Shipping for orders under $99 is $9.99 USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days due to high order volume.
  • Orders placed after 3pm CST will be considered NEXT business day.
  • FREE local pick-up is available in Springtown, TX
  • Please note Whiskey Babe Tx LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us by email  within 2 business days of delivery.  Please include written details of the issue and include pictures, please keep all original packaging if damage occurred. 

Local Pick-up:

  • Orders will be ready within 1-2 business days.
  • Location: 100 W 2nd St., Springtown, Tx 76082 during normal business hours.
  • All orders must be picked up within 7 business days or the order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If shipping is needed, the buyer is responsible for shipping charge and will be invoiced accordingly. If not paid within 24 hours the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with original tags and the original order number. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees; tracking and insurance are encouraged.  
  • Some items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return. 
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
  • ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, JEWELRY, BODY PRODUCTS, GIFT CARDS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
  • Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.

Instructions for Returns:

  • To start the return process, click “Start a Return”below or find it  in the footer menu of the website.
  • After your return has been accepted you can mail back the item(s).  If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that the prepaid label must be used within 3 business days or it will expire.
  • Once your return is delivered it will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email to confirm the return has been completed.
